1. When will my order be shipped and how long before I receive my order?

Step 1. After you have successfully placed your order, our customer service team will conduct a verification process (within 24 to 48 hours) and update you via SMS on the cellphone number you provided once confirmed.

Step 2. After successful verification, we will send you a tracking number and you can expect to receive your order within 2 to 7 calendar days (excluding Sundays and holidays) provided there are no delays by the 3rd party courier service.
