1. How long is your warranty?
We provide a warranty period of 7 days for replacement and 3 months for parts and labor.
2. What does your warranty cover?
Any hardware components or parts of the unit excluding the battery.
Any damage or defect not stated during sale of product.
3. How does my warranty become VOID?
Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, abuse and negligence of said unit VOIDS warranty
Removal or damaging LAPTAP warranty sticker VOIDS warranty.*Note: The P500 fix charge is non-refundable and non-deductible from the total amount payable of the item/s you have ordered.
4. What is not covered in the warranty?
Software malfunctions or viruses.
Batteries.
